Ingredients: All Organic Burdock Root, Nettle, Ashwagandha, Moringa, Alfalfa, Dandelion Root, Wheatgrass, Blue Spirulina, Turmeric
Please note like any herbal supplement it takes min 2-3 weeks for the herbs to build up in the body and become effective.

Best to mix powder with food, filtered water or sodium-free broth to make delicious gravy, to yogurt or make a frozen Berry smoothie, or add to clean-ingredient peanut butter on a lick mat!
Start with half of daily dose and gradually increase over 3-5 days for any new nutritional.
