One of our favorite game fish, our Mahi Mahi is known for its firm & flaky white meat and is truly a delicious fillet. Try it for a nice change of pace. Ideal for broiling, grilling or pan searing.
Suggested Preparation: Grilled Mahi Mahi Tacos with Tropical Salsa
- To prepare salsa: combine fresh pineapple, tomatoes, cucumber, green onion, cilantro, lime juice, and salt & pepper (to taste).
- Coat each fillet with olive oil, fresh lime juice, salt and pepper (to taste), and place on a hot grill for approximately 4 minutes per side. Slice fillets into ¼ inch thick slices.
- Warm flour tortillas in oven or on grill. Place fish in tortilla and serve with salsa on top.
